A combination of a Japanese garden with flowers beloved in the country since ancient times

Shorenji Temple which holds a history as a branch castle of Shiroi Castle is now commonly known as “peony temple”. In its undulating Japanese garden, 1,500 shrubs of peony with about 90 varieties can be enjoyed.
