Beginner-friendly slopes at an expanding ski area

Okutone Snow Park is a small ski area mainly popular with locals. The resort is perfect for beginners and intermediates, with only a handful of courses dedicated to advanced skiers and snowboarders. A modest terrain park rounds out the offerings. Night skiing is popular here, with the resort staying open late nearly every day.

Over the past few years, the resort has added two new lifts and courses to the top of the resort, making for longer runs from top to bottom. Snowmaking capabilities have been improved, meaning Okutone Snow Park can offer quality conditions no matter the weather.
