Enjoy nature by strolling down a walkway or taking a canoe tour

This manmade lake is nestled close to Sarugakyo Onsen and features a walkway that lets you traverse half the perimeter of the lake. Cherry blossoms decorate the walkway around mid-April while late October through early November sees the area around the lake vibrant with autumn foliage. Participating in the boat tour will take you where the walkway can’t, allowing you to see steep cliffs and the gorge surrounded by trees.
