Kusatsu Onsen Ski Resort is a small ski area on the slopes of Mt. Kusatsu-Shirane. The resort's mellow slopes are beginner friendly, and extensive snow grooming keeps the slopes smooth and easy. It is the perfect ski resort to learn to ski or snowboard, or for a fun outdoor adventure between bathing in Kusatsu's famous onsen baths.

Frequent shuttle buses run the 1.5-kilometer route between the resort and the onsen town. Gear rental is available.
