A beautiful waterfall amid lush foliage
Konaka Otaki is a 96-meter waterfall surrounded by forest. Walk across Kesakake Bridge, a sloped suspension bridge, to head to the waterfall viewing platform.
In late October, visit the waterfall to see it tumbling amid peak fall foliage.
A visit to the waterfall is the ideal opportunity to travel on the charming retro trolley trains of the Watarase Keikoku Railway. The area is a pretty two-hour hike from Konaka Station.
