Step back in time in a traditional ryokan inn
Immerse yourself in authentic Japan at Kirishimaya Ryokan, which dates back to the Meiji era (1868–1912). Stay in bright, south-facing rooms, each with traditional tatami flooring and futon beds. Relax in the inn’s onsen baths, fed by Kusatsu's natural spring, which is purportedly very effective at easing aches and pains.
The inn is just a three-minute walk from Yubatake, the hot water field at Kusatsu's center.
