For fans of old-school cars, vintage Japan, and "Initial D"
This eclectic museum displays Japanese toys and kids' items from Showa-era (1926–1989) sweets shops alongside a range of classic cars. Many of the displays recreate the atmosphere of the period, giving visitors a taste of what Japan looked like decades ago. The museum is of particular interest to fans of "Initial D," a manga and anime series about street racing that takes place in Gunma. The tofu shop featured in "Initial D" is recreated inside the museum.
