This privacy policy governs the data processing of Gunma Prefecture ("we", "us" "our"). We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you fill out a form, provide any contact or identifying information or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide.

Please note that it may also take some time to process the application, although we aim to process all requests as soon as possible.
